WHAT IS
The Hub is ConectUS’s newly developed, in-house CRM platform designed to replace the legacy system used to submit, track, and manage Verizon Wireless service requests. The platform provides enhanced visibility, improved automation, and greater operational control for both ConectUS and its agent partners.
The Hub offers individual agent logins, real-time order management, reporting capabilities, and API integration to support agent system connectivity. Ongoing enhancements will continue throughout the year, with the long-term goal of deeper integration with Verizon to further streamline workflows and increase automation.
