John Scully

President & General Manager

John was born and raised in Southern California and started working for the family business in High School. After college he came back and became Vice President of Sales. In 2008 John became President and General Manager.

In 2011 John and his family moved to Dallas, Texas and opened another office in McKinney to help expand the Sub-Agent Base into the Southern States.

John manages the carrier relationships with both Verizon and Frontier as well as the large ConectUS Sub-Agent Base.

John lives in Frisco, Texas with his family.  His three boys keep him busy after work and on the weekend playing Soccer, Football and Basketball.  He enjoys family vacations, boating and the Dallas Cowboys!

JoAnne Scully

Corporate Secretary and CFO

JoAnne has been married to Dennis Scully since 1971. She Graduated from Saint Genevieve High School and attended college working on a degree in Business.

JoAnne has worked in the family business, ConectUS Wireless since 1974. Pagers and Motorola 2-way Radio Era.

Currently, JoAnne handles the ConectUS Dealer commissions. Verizon Wireless, Verizon Home Services, and Frontier.

Hobbies and interests includes: Camping, Travel, and her lovely three grandsons.

Rick James Stapp

EVP of TECHNOLOGY AND MARKETING

Rick is an idealist, famous for being the proverbial glass-half-full guy. He loves listening to music, having that perfect cigars, and hanging out with friends. He also joins his wife in being an avid collector of Americana and antiques.

Rick has been in sales for more years than he’s willing to admit. His experience is heavily within the business environment managing sales teams, sales training, and implementing new and improved sales operations processes. He also has 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, much of it heavily engaged in channel sales for all of America’s major wireless carriers.

In the last decade or so, he has expanded his marketing prowess to include executing all things online, from organic and paid campaigns, website creation, design, and implementation as well as creating applications that not only increase productivity but further grow sales.

Greg Tiedeman

evp of Sales AND OPERATIONS

Greg was born in Torrance, California and lived in the South Bay for many years, graduating from Torrance High school, then obtaining a BS degree in Business Administration from CSU Dominguez Hills. In 1996, Greg took his first position in the wireless industry and later that same year moved to Las Vegas, Nevada as the southern Nevada general manager for a national paging carrier, launching operations in the area.

Since that time, Greg obtained his MBA from the University of Phoenix and has worked for several national wireless providers, launching regional operations and leading sales teams across several western states, gaining significant experience in channel sales leadership and business sales in small, mid-market, and enterprise channels.

Greg enjoys the “other parts of Las Vegas,” spending time on the beautiful Lake Mead in his jet boat or off-roading on the trails outside the city with his two sons, with whom he is very close.

Ginny Schrougham

Director of Operations

Ginny Schrougham is our resident Agent Support expert. She’s been with Verizon Communications and then Verizon Wireless since the 1990s. Says Ginny, “I am so proud of our wireless team. We’re all dedicated to making our customers’ experiences smooth and stress-free, and we succeed every time. This is why we get so many referrals: our customers tell their friends about us, and the friends then give us a call.”

In her free time, Ginny immerses herself in family activities such as playing games, gardening and going to the movies. She is a grandmother three times over and is devoted to her grandchildren.

Neil Farquharson

Director of Sales Engineering and Marketing

Originally from Scotland, Neil is a natural blabbermouth who enjoys talking in front of live audiences, interviewing subject matter experts, talking on life and recorded webcasts, and… well… just talking. A lot!

Neil has three young children who all enjoy Disney movies. Indeed, he dreams of a Disneyesque world where it’s easy to spot the good guys, and ethics are non-malleable.

He’s lived in the U.S. for 20 years during which time he has been making technology accessible to a variety of audiences. An avid experimenter with internet marketing tools such as social media, pay-per-click, and analytics, he is also a marketing professor at a Texas university.

Neil is both a trained engineer as well as a professional marketer, meaning that he is ideally suited to support our ConectUS Partners.

Cory Hinkel

SENIOR National Channel Manager

Cory was born and raised in Southern California. While attending college he began working for ConectUS in 2010 as a sales and data entry representative.

As the years progressed Cory began to rise within the company and take on additional projects. He currently helps lead our Frontier campaigns. His expertise in customer service and back-office management set him up nicely to take on his new responsibilities.

In May 2020 Cory was named National Channel Manager. He works with our Verizon Wireless partners on account management, quotes, order processing, and training.

Cory moved to Frisco, Texas in 2019 with his fiancé. He’s an avid sports fanatic. He specifically loves baseball, hockey, and motocross. You’ll probably find him on the ice at one of the local rinks in Dallas or sitting back enjoying an old fashioned.
