We know you want to offer your business clients the best options and value possible for their type of organization. This series is published in March. However, ANY month is a good month to bring your business clients over to Verizon – again and again, proven to be the best wireless network in America.

Today we’re covering Business Internet – something that until just a few years ago was not possible. But today, in 2022, Business Internet has come of age. No more is it a stand-by or failover option for when an SMB’s cable internet goes down. Today, Business Internet is a direct replacement for cable internet, but with high reliability and seriously competitive price points.

There are two flavors of fixed wireless internet that you, a channel partner, can recommend to your existing and prospective business customers. The first is the 5G Business Internet. Available across a large swath of America, and growing exponentially during 2022, Verizon 5G Business Internet is a fixed wireless solution that can be activated in a business’ single or multiple locations, providing a reliable broadband service from one supplier with one bill.

At each location, a 100 or 200 Mbps service can be self-installed in minutes or, where available, services of up to 400 Mbps can be professionally installed with one truck roll. All the services that your client already runs over the internet can continue to be supported. Verizon is constantly offering business incentive credits and discounts that you can use to lower your clients’ switching costs to zero. And once 5G Business Internet has proved its worth, you can then go back to your clients to pitch other high-value services such as One Talk (that we discussed in our third article).

Even in areas still awaiting 5G Business Internet roll-out, there is a great product from Verizon. The second flavor is LTE Business Internet. SMBs can choose from 10 Mbps, 25 Mbps, and 50 Mbps. More than enough for most SMBs; and remember, once 5G Business Internet arrives in their area, you can go back and upsell – usually at little or no switching cost for your client.

Verizon Business Internet is a fixed wireless solution. Up until recently, many businesses have considered the cell tower as supporting only mobility solutions. You now have in your hands a disruptive solution: you can offer your business customers fixed broadband internet that does not require digging, or hanging new cable above ground. There is no waiting for new infrastructure to be deployed: typically, it takes only minutes to provision a new Business Internet service. C’mon! Let’s do this.

We’re ConectUS Wireless, a Technology Services Agency that’s been around since 1974. We have an ever-growing partner network of telecom agents who sell mobility services and products to American SMBs in all 50 states. You want to offer your business clients the best possible options for their organization. We want you to bring them over to Verizon – either now in March, or whenever you read this series of six articles.

Today, we’re talking about Business Unlimited. These are mobile plans that provide your business customers with unlimited talk, text, and data on every line – on the most reliable network in the U.S. They work on all of Verizon’s 5G and LTE networks, each line has unlimited hotspot data, and the best call filter, spam blocker currently available.

Your business clients may think of mobility as being about smartphones only. In fact, with the high bandwidth and low latency of Verizon’s network, Business unlimited is also ideally suited to supporting tablets, laptops, and company-specific devices. Each device can have its own data line, or use the included, unlimited hotspot data of another device. And there are Business Unlimited plans tailored for almost any business situation.

You’ll remember that in our third blog of this series, we talked about the extraordinary bandwidth of Ultra Wideband. This enables the streaming of meetings, webinars, and videos at resolutions of up to 4K. Unlimited data means that your clients’ staff can work wherever they are, without needing to worry about data caps. Likewise, real-time demos can be run from end-customers premises without the embarrassment of asking for Wi-Fi access.

Verizon always has great business promotions running, and it is not unusual for our Partners – just like you – to be able to offer billing incentive credits for discounted devices, switching offers, the first month of service free, etc. when you sign up for a new or existing business client for Business Unlimited.

Verizon’s wireless network consistently wins the highest marks for reliability and coverage from independent testers such as J.D. Power and RootMetrics. So, your business clients are going to be happy that you recommended Business Unlimited for their mobility needs.

In the last of our six articles in this series, we’ll be looking at Business Internet. Your business customers can self-install a modem in one location, or in multiple locations. Each location can receive typically 100Mbps of bandwidth – more than sufficient for most SMBs in the U.S.

In the first article in this series, published on March 8, we recognized that you want to offer your business clients the best possible options for their organization. One of the best choices for SMBs is the Complete Business Bundle from Verizon. It’s a curated service that allows SMBs that operate from a single location to choose only what they need now – and then to upscale as their business grows.

The Complete Business Bundle includes Business Internet – delivered wirelessly from your customer’s local cell tower, the Verizon One Talk Service that we discussed in our last blog, and Business Internet Secure. Typically, a small business will start with Business Internet, a desk phone, security software, and 24/7 dedicated tech support.

The Business Internet comes with an LTE or 5G router, with enough bandwidth to support the needs of most SMBs in the U.S. While the One Talk service offers several device options. These options include a desk and table-top phones, a dedicated phone app, software for tablets and desktops, or hybrid versions – whatever works best for each business client.

In addition to these options, your clients can also choose to have Business Internet Secure, a powerful suite of internet security tools specifically developed for SMBs. It’s also backed by 24/7 expert security tech support, including help with deployment or software management. Business Internet Secure protects employees, devices, and your client’s business.

There are usually great promotions running, and it is not unusual for our Partners, just like you, to be able to offer free installation, free devices, or the first month of service free when you sign up a new or existing business client for the Complete Business Bundle.

In the next blog in this series, we’ll look at Business Unlimited. These are mobile plans that provide your business customers with unlimited talk, text, and data on every line. They work on Verizon’s 5G and LTE networks and each line has unlimited hotspot data, and the best call filter spam blocker currently available.

I know you want to offer your business clients the best options and value possible for their type of organization. This is why we’re writing this series, running during March. However, ANY month is a good month to bring your business clients over to Verizon, consistently the best wireless network in America.

Last time, we talked about Ultra Wideband. The new network enables smartphones to have download and upload speeds of several gigabytes in some areas and 100 Mbps in others. Today we’re highlighting One Talk.

One Talk should not be confused with a VoIP system running over the public internet. One Talk is an integrated, cloud-based phone system that blows the competition out of the water. Unlike VoIP systems, there is no discernable lag – your business customers can talk to their customers, in real-time, no matter whether they are at their desk or out in the field.

Your SMBs can choose to have one inbound number if they wish – or multiple numbers to support different product portfolios or different departments. The system is fully programable. And – naturally – your customers can keep their existing numbers.

One Talk’s automated receptionist uses augmented intelligence to direct each call to the right person, whether they are at their office phone, on a PC or laptop, or using their mobile device. It can ring multiple devices and staff members simultaneously if desired. One Talk comes with over 100 features: customized greetings; ring-back protocols; call forwarding and group forwarding; MSM/MMS handling and hunting (searchability); remote pickup; hold music protocols; and all kinds of conditional “if-then-else” types of setups. There are simply too many to mention here.

However, there are not too many features for you to mention during a call or meeting with your business clients. And during March, we are encouraging you to bring your clients over to Verizon with the help of ConectUS – we will give you all the information and help you need to sell One Talk and other great solutions to your business customers.

In our next article, we’ll be talking about the Complete Business Bundle, a curated service that allows SMBs who operate from a single location to choose only what they need now – and then to upscale as their business grows.

The post Verizon One Talk – Just What SMBs Need appeared first on ConectUS Wireless.

In our last blog, we recognized that you want to offer your business clients the best options and value possible for their type of organization. You’ll remember that Verizon consistently comes top of independent studies for reliability and for coverage, and this includes the new fifth generation of high-speed connectivity, Ultra Wideband.

Ultra Wideband has been under development for several years, with Verizon building out a robust national network before launching this service. There are a number of great advantages that come with Ultra Wideband including:

• Lower lag times
• Smartphone upload and download speeds in excess of 400 Mbps and sometimes well in excess of 2 Gbps
• Fixed wireless internet connectivity of up to 400 Mbps

Lower lag times mean that your business clients’ field staff can show live demos in their customer’s offices without the delays that previously were associated with wireless connections. They can show the solutions to their best effect. This low lag is complemented by Ultra Wideband’s high bandwidth or speed to give near-instantaneous responses, even when large datasets are being transferred.

This is also very helpful for businesses that deliver packages, or who make service calls. Routes can be optimized in real-time, as can be the recording of deliveries, completion of work, and signing of contracts. And remember, Verizon always scores the highest for reliability. So, the connectivity is there when your business client needs it.

These lower lag times also make fixed wireless installations comparable in performance to traditional wired internet. All the applications and functionalities that your business clients have been running on cable or fiber can now be supported by fixed wireless. This is especially helpful for businesses with multiple locations: now they can have one bill and one provider serving every location.

In the next blog in this series, we’ll look at One Talk, an integrated, cloud-based phone system that blows the competition out of the water. Your SMBs can have one or many inbound phone numbers, with One Talk’s assisted intelligence (AI) directing each call to the right person, wherever they may be: at their office phone, on a PC or laptop, or using their mobile device.
